Eric Little has been a retirement advisor since joining EPA in 2007. He currently holds the series 65,Uniform Investment Adviser Law License making him a fiduciary financial advisor taking great pride in going the extra mile for every client in achieving their financial goals. Eric prefers to take the educator/coach approach to providing financial advice to ensure  transparency and understanding are fully communicated in every step of each process. All successful relationships, personal and professional require being built upon a firm foundation of trust. Therefore Eric holds himself and his team to the highest standards of integrity to ensure you will have full confidence in your decision to entrust EPA with your financial needs. He firmly believes this is his life calling using his natural talents and abilities, along with continued hard work and dedication to stay at the top of his field, to best help you make the most of what you have worked a lifetime building. 

In Eric's personal life nothing comes before his most important role, being a husband and father. He is extremely fortunate to be blessed with a loving wife, two adventurous boys and his youngest baby girl. Eric is an avid outdoorsman, and does his best to share his love of nature and adventure with his family. He believes everything in life always comes back to your family and your health and he gives his all to keeping it fun maintaining a committed relationship with both. He has had success competing in sports of many varieties. Most notably setting a world record Atlantic Ocean crossing back in 2013. In addition Eric is also the longstanding President of his home neighborhood Lake Association.
